Bahrainis voice out their anger as regime hosts Israeli delegations

The Bahrainis have taken the streets in the country to express their disagreement over Manama's regime hosting of an Israeli delegation at a security forum in the country.
The demonstrators expressed
their strong dissent as Israeli flag was raised during the Manama
Dialogue Forum, which kicked off on Friday.
However,
the Al Khalifa's regime was also criticized by the demonstrators for
normalizing relations with the occupying Israeli regime and also reiterated
their support for the Palestinian cause.
Israeli Foreign Minister Yair
Lapid arrived at the Manama airport on September 30, becoming the regime’s highest-ranking
official to visit the country since their formal normalization of relations
last year.
Bahraini demonstrators on
Friday also condemned the international community’s disregard for the demands
of the Bahraini people.
Demonstrations
in Bahrain have been held on a regular basis ever since a popular uprising
began in mid-February 2011.
The
participants demand Al Khalifa;s regime to relinquish power and allow a just
system that will represent the interests of the people
Manama,
however, has gone to great lengths to clamp down on any sign of dissent.
On March 5, 2017, Bahrain’s parliament approved the trial of civilians at military tribunals in a measure blasted by human rights campaigners as being tantamount to the imposition of an undeclared martial law countrywide.
