Senior Commander: Enemies should not test the power of Iran

Commander of Khatam ol-Anbia Headquarters Major General Gholam Ali Rashid underlined Iran’s plan to stage several military drills, warning enemies of his country’s crushing response to any aggression.

Major General Gholam-Ali Rashid, commander of the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, warned on Tuesday of a well-calculated response at the right time and place should the enemy make the slightest mistake.

The enemy should know that “we are always watching them, we are ready, and we will surely impose more costs on them compared to what they can achieve,” Rashid asserted.

He hoped that the enemy would not seek to “test our will and strength,” otherwise it will not be able to “bear the costs of an all-out confrontation. Believing in the Islamic Republic of Iran’s power will definitely cost the enemy less,” Rashid added.

The Senior Commander advised the enemies not to test Iran’s power and determination “because they definitely could not afford the costs of extensive and comprehensive confrontation (with Iran).”

He also hailed the IRGC for its recent war game in southern Iran, saying the Armed Forces hold annual drills, monitor the enemies constantly, and are prepared to impose costs on the enemy heavier than it what it may achieve.

Iran will turn the enemy’s minor and tactical success into a strategic defeat by choosing the right time and place and adopting the appropriate tools and unexpected methods, the general noted.
