The 4th Asian film festival opens in capital of Nigeria

The 4th Asian Film Festival opened on Monday, November 21, with the participation of 9 Asian countries in Abuja, the capital of Nigeria.
The idea of holding an Asian film festival in Nigeria dates back to 2017, which was suggested by the Embassy of Iran.
The film festival was cancelled for two tears due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
In the opening ceremony, the ambassadors of Iran, China, South Korea, Iraq, Lebanon, Syria, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Qatar, Bangladesh, Palestine, as well as a number of Nigerian officials were present.
On the first day of this festival, films from China and Iran were screened, and on the remaining days, films from South Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Lebanon, Syria and Bangladesh will be shown.
Iran has participated in this festival with the movie "Wailai-ha" directed by Ms. "Mounir Ghaidi".
On the sidelines of this film festival, an exhibition of handicrafts of our country was displayed, which was welcomed by the attendees.
